Jake grew up in San Diego, California, developing passions for the Chargers 🏈, Padres ⚾️, and golf.

He went on to earn Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of San Diego, followed by earning his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

After gaining four years of valuable experience in corporate finance, Jake decided to explore his creative side and moved to Los Angeles to create and produce films.

Through that journey, Jake discovered his true calling in real estate---specifically, he found his passion lies in providing comfortable and reliable housing solutions for families in need of quick placement. He earned a CA real estate license to strengthen his ability to add value and make an impact.

This passion led him to launch Rapid Response AI Housing, combine his financial expertise, creative problem-solving, and dedication to helping others to create a haven for families when they need it most.
